We specialise in complex behaviours and have an in house therapy team who we work closely alongside us. We Pride ourselves with upskilled, competent, and compassionate staff who have skills and specialist knowledge to support people with complex behavioural challenges through a positive behavioural support framework. Compassionate Staff
All our staff are compassionate, skilled and dedicated, caring individuals who put the People We Support here in the centre of their heart. We promote safe and least restrictive management of complex behaviour underpinned by the Positive Behaviour Support Framework. Our staff are equipped to apply behavioural support to minimise the risk of escalation and distress the techniques used are distractions such as activities, social support and community access based own personal life history.
Our aim is to support individuals with their complex health, such as complex Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Lewy Body Dementia, vascular dementia, Huntington’s, Parkinson’s, korsakoff, Learning Disabilities, Autism, or other Complex Care needs and where possible integrate individuals back into the community.
